A SWOT is an abbreviation for Strengths; Weaknesses; Opportunities and Threats. These four factors can be identify easily for most operations. Similarly, if you look beyond operation, you can find that it can also be applied for a commercial business. Hence, the name “SWOT Business Plan”. The key differences is look into the macro aspect of the market to identify the Opportunities and Threats.
