I researched deeper into the company in the areas of SWOT analysis and obtained some key findings pertaining to the four factors of the SWOT. It is tabulated below:-

It is interesting to study the above example of Walmart SWOT Analysis and make a reflection of the company’s direction. Although these SWOT Analysis factors are derived from individual evaluation, it should have direct reflection of what the company is trying to do to its business future as well as to its customer and community

I remember during several of my SWOT Analysis workshops conducted for several of my  organizations, I used to mention Walmart as an example of a world class organization.
